With no drummer, they are known for their large sound, and fantastic jams , which features one of the finest guitarists in New England, Steven "Flash" Vergati, as well as rhythm guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and true entertainer, Robbie G. Their acoustic shows are fun, entertaining, and provide listeners with an enjoyable blend of classic rock tunes and jams. Although Northbound Expresss is an alternative band for smaller venues that just can't host a large band, they have been repeatedly booked at New England Festivals, Fairs, and other larger venues. Northbound Express combines improvisation with standards, transporting th! e audience and band into a connected, spiritual groove. The band has a really large sound for an acoustic act, and keeps the crowd involved, guaranteeing a mighty good time. The scene is a good lovin' gathering of hipsters, folksters, and rockers who enjoy good music and positive vibes.
